project 365: day 81: my eqipment is old...

While preparing the enormous quantities of stuffing required to fill a turducken, I noticed that my V-slicer (poor mans mandolin) was made in West Germany. Yes kiddos, there was at one time 2 Germanys. I also owned a TV that had knobs, that you rotated, to change the channel, old, my equipment, or just me.

    hahaha - we had a tv with knobs too - and rabbit ears and a fine tuning knobs. funny.

    Ha! We used slide rules in chem. class, manual pencil sharpeners, a party-line phone, and thought a summmertime visit to the Bookmobile was high fun!
