Project 365: Days 46 through 54

Day 46: November 17,2008
Now, apparently, a study of area churches. Hilltop Church in Mendham

Day 47: November 18, 2008
The same church, from a different angle on a different day, some effects thrown in for good measure.

Day 48: November 19, 2008
Sunset over Succasunna, NJ

Day 49: November 20, 2008
St. John's Church in Somerville

Day 50: November 21, 2008
My baker's assistant

Day 51: November 22, 2008

Day 52: November 23, 2008
Scott left his tailgating fleece-wear out to air overnight. The next morning it had a thin skin of frost...

Day 53: November 24, 2008

Frosty shingles on our storage hut out back. I thought I had captured the glistening better...

Day 54: November 25,2008
The sun came out for a few minutes this afternoon, back lighting this lame-o still life at the office. I think the light was pretty though

Project 365: Days 35 through 45

Day 35: November6, 2008 Dream House

I pass this house sometimes on the way to or from a client. It is not too big, but just looks like it would be the homiest cottage ever...

Day 36: November 7, 2008

My original goal with this one was to take close ups of the leaves on this tree. The problem, sometimes Mother Nature says eff-you to your plans, and whips up a little wind, splashing you with raindrops, and moving things around too much for your macro to work. So, plan B, throw on a little lipstick, and do a self portrait.

Day 37: November 8, 2008
The people tailgating next to us that day had quite a spread, including, you guessed it, king crab legs. This one is apparently attempting a speedy getaway.

Day 38: November 9, 2008

I barely took any pictures during Fantasy Thanksgiving (I was frying whole chickens, go figure), but I did catch this snap of Dwight and Abbi blowing out their candles.

Day 39: November10, 2008
It was a full moon, and I decided to break out the tripod for some moonscapes. I especially like the laciness of the branches.

Day 40: November 11, 2008
I finally found new boots that fit over my calves! Yeah!

Day 41: November 12, 2008

Decided to snap a pic of the charger before we returned it. Fun to drive, but a beast, and helped convince me I miss small cars...

Day 42: November 13, 2008
I promise I will find somewhere else to take pictures

Day 43: November 14, 2008
I broke out the photo cube again today, in anticipation of taking pictures of new jewelry. Hey, and by the way, this thing actually works! Yeah! I looks like a light saber! Yeah for "as seen on TV".

Day 44: November 15, 2008
This picture is quite crappy, and I'm not sure why...

Day 45: November 16, 2008
That's more like it. I fancied up a chain to hang this pendant on. It is quite large, and can handle something substantive. I just need to figure out the bail.

So, I am caught up now. Whoohoo. I have decided to add a new rule for myself (hey, you guys have played games with me, you know I am the rules Queen!), each week one of my pictures has to be of a newly fabricated piece of jewelry. There, I've done it, and come full circle. I originally started this as a place showcase my jewelry, and now I will force myself to do that again! That's all for now, back to my little wire sweatshop!

Project 365: Days 27 through 34

Day 27: October 29, 2008

The obvious beauty of fall foliage doesn't last forever, so took advantage of some leaves.

Day 28: October 30, 2008

Elusive cardinals at a clients bird feeder. I love to let everyone around me know I am insane, and will take pictures at any given moment, no matter who may be looking.

Day 29: October 31, 2008

Admittedly a desperation picture. At the last minute, remembered that I had not yet taken a picture, grabbed this bag of delicious Japanese gummy candies. Not a total grasp in the dark picture, because I had wanted to glorify the ad work on this bag in a picture. "fully ripened pineapple imposing as a southern island king crowned in glory, is yours to enjoy" just makes you want to pop one in your mouth-no?
Day 30: November 1, 2008

This is Hudson, the little punkin'. Why does he looked alarmed? Well, because his Aunt Jen is wearing a wreath, complete with bird and nest and shiny beads and dragonfly on her head, all the way to Long Island. Why, you ask? Because I was Mother Nature for a costume party, of course!

Day 31: November 2, 2008

This is one of a pair of Majeicka's favorite toys. They start out as little dumbbells made out of tennis ball materials, and they degenerate to this.

Day 32: November 3, 2008

Here is what one of those awesome pineapple gummies look like unwrapped. Taken in my light cube on a cloudy day. Can you taste the imposing, fully ripened pineapple?

Day 33: November 4, 2008
Good bye, zoom-zoom. This was my favorite car ever. I had imagined myself driving her for a couple of hundred thousand miles, seriously. Fate had another plan for her, however. You will be missed...

Day 34: November 5, 2008

Does it seem like I'm obsessed with cemeteries? Well, I am with this particular one. I pass it every day on my way, to and from work. If I need something to photograph, there is always something here. It is so lovely.
